There is no functionality in the mobile app so this process needs to be done from a PC :-

1. Login to Runkeeper.
2. Select ‘Me’ and then ’Activities’ from menu bar below.
3. Select the required Activity from the left menu.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the activity and click ‘GPX’ under export.
5. This will download the activity.
