There is no functionality in the mobile app so this process needs to be done from a PC :-

1. Login to Strava.
2. Under ‘Training’ select ‘My Activities’
3. Select the required Activity
4. Click the Spanner under ‘Overview’ and select ‘Export GPX’
5. This will download the activity.
